About the role
We are looking for a self-motivated, organised and adaptable General Adviser to join our team under various projects. In this role, you will provide advice across a range of topics, assisting clients over the phone, virtually, face-to-face and at outreach locations.
You will deliver generalist-level advice and information, ensuring clients receive the support they need to navigate complex issues. We will train you to provide advice at casework level under the various projects we have (benefits, energy, debt).
