Advice Session Supervisor

We are recruiting an Advice Session Supervisor to supervise delivery of the advice services for Citizens Advice Herefordshire; including advice sessions in our Hereford office with supervision and attendance at Outreach services across Herefordshire. Also to ensure the quality of advice given to service users meets required standards. To work with key staff to recruit and train volunteers and develop the channels of advice accessible to our clients.

Ideally we are looking for an individual with recent experience of advice work either as a supervisor or as a general advisor. We are also willing to consider other candidates with transferable skills, which meet the person specification, training will be provided.
