About the role
Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for dedicated Help to Claim Advisors to join our team.
About the Role:
You’ll provide essential benefits advice to the public, helping them navigate the Universal Credit system. Your role will involve:
Answering phone inquiries
Supporting clients in completing Universal Credit claims
Using Citizens Advice resources to provide accurate information
Researching options and implications for clients
Conducting interviews using active listening skills
What We're Looking for:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
Experience working with the public and diverse clients.
Commitment to confidentiality and sound judgment.
