Chief Officer

Citizens Advice Woking (CAW) is seeking an exceptional Chief Officer (CO) to drive our vision forward and lead our organisation into an exciting future.

We are looking for an inspiring leader who –

• Has a proven track record of strategic leadership and organisational development in the voluntary sector

• Excels in building partnerships and influencing stakeholders

• Has a proven track record of income generation and diversification

• Is a skilled communicator with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead diverse teams

• Possesses strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

As our CO, you will –

• Be responsible to the Trustee Board for the management and leadership of CAW

• Represent CAW to funders, partners and stakeholders

• Ensure the delivery of a high quality, impartial and confidential service

• Represent CAW in Woking and contribute to the overall provision of advice services in the Borough

• Collaborate, and work closely, with the other Surrey Citizens Advice COs
