To whom it may concern,

Re: Giltham Traders

I understand you are acting as administrators for Giltham Traders.

On 14 January 2022 I bought the following from them:

Two large ‘white marble’ carpets, including underlay.

I paid the full amount of £1500 and the item has not arrived.

I have enclosed proof of my order and confirmation of payment with this letter.

I therefore wish to submit a claim for £1500 to you as the administrators.

Please acknowledge this letter within 14 days.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Sam Hoolin
