We’re looking for a proactive and innovative professional to join our dynamic Service Delivery team as a Partnerships and Contracts Coordinator.

You’ll bring proven experience in project and contract management, funding development, and collaborative partnership work. A confident communicator, you’ll excel at problem-solving, data analysis, and building strong relationships. Proficiency in digital systems and a passion for delivering impactful services are essential.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll help shape and enhance vital community services, including:

• Managing and overseeing partnerships, funded services, and grant/contract compliance.

• Supporting the development of new funding opportunities and innovative projects.

• Collaborating with stakeholders and driving performance improvement initiatives.

• Analysing data to enhance service delivery and ensure excellence.
